A few years ago, an acquaintance lent me the Collected Works of Marko Miljanov, stamped at the Graphic Institute Titograd in 1967. In one of the borrowed books I find a geographical map of Kuči, scale 1:200000.

The other parts are marked on the map in larger letters, Vasojevići, Rovci, Bratonožići, Grahovo, Krajina, Lješkopolje, Piperi, Podgorica and the borders of the neighboring state of Arbanija. There is also an explanation of the signs, Varoš, Varošice, Village, Church, Monastery, Korita, Bridge, Ruins, Road and Main Road, Carriage Road, Pedestrian Road, State Borders. Everything is printed in Cyrillic, and I transferred it in Latin. Made at the Geographical Institute of the Big School in Belgrade. On the lower part is printed in smaller letters - P.Dedinac

The work of Marko Miljanov was stamped in 1967 in Titograd, and the geographical map was made in the institute of the big school in Belgrade, it has no date of production. There is a possibility that it was made according to the instructions of Garašanin's rule from what was then Turkish Serbia, with the intention that the inhabitants of that territory would join the Pasha of Skadar, and that with the help of the ‘Belgrade pashaluk’, they would refuse obedience to Petrović.

Many questions need to be answered. Why is the geographical map of Kuči marked with the state border, why was it made in the institute of the big school in Belgrade and why was it shown in books during all the reigns of the so-called Yugoslavia? Was the named map prepared on the orders of the Belgrade secret service and the bloodthirsty "black hand", was it the same prepared with the murder of Prince Danilo Petrović?

It is known, during the wars and after the wars, about the murders and liquidation of innocent people in Montenegro, which were carried out by secret agents from the Serbian secret service. They were so hidden and distributed among the masses that no one could ever find out who they are and what they are, and on whose order they carry out the ordered murders, and the Serbian church "hides" them in the priest's robes. As the Greater Serbian secret service is known as the bloody "black hand".
